Project Management
As discussed on other BCS webpages, our services include study selection and placement in contract test laboratories followed by progress monitoring and report review. However, we're equally happy to act as study monitor or just undertake data audits for established testing programmes.
Contact with contract testing companies
We've managed safety/environmental effect testing programmes in 9 different EU testing labs and in Japanese, Korean and U.S. test labs. We commonly have studies running in 3 or more different labs. We perform study inspections and data audits, ensuring the quality of work supplied to our clients.
Cost-effective programme control
We operate with complete commercial independence and recommend one or more testing lab(s) for each project according to considerations of expertise, timing and cost. We negotiate the most cost-effective solutions to our clients data requirements and accept no payments from test labs in connection with study placements or monitoring activities.
"Real experience"
Our principal's 17 years of experience in one of Europe's major contract testing companies complements the many years of study monitoring activities by all BCS staff members, to ensure that we have a clear understanding of the constraints and pressures under which test lab Study Directors operate. In our experience, study quality is commonly person-dependent, so we pay special attention to Study Director interactions. We use this understanding to ensure that the interests of our clients are given high priority.
